To keep our price low, most of our products are made to order. We do not usually keep high stock volume in our warehouse to incur very high costs. Therefore, we do not support or allow comparison purchasing, where you buy several items with the intent of keeping the one you like the best and returning the remainder. We accept return of eligible purchases within 14 days of receipt of goods (as per consignment sign off record wherever applicable) if the product received is defective, subject to the following conditions:
a) All returned merchandise should include the vendor packaging and be in the same condition in which it was received. Used/worn merchandise cannot be returned.
b) All returned merchandise must be accompanied by the proof of purchase (i.e. tax invoice), shipping confirmation email, order confirmation email and all other paperwork.
c) All returns are subject to inspection before a refund is processed.
d) Postage of refund needs to be prepaid by the customer unless the refund was due to faulty merchandise.
e) Please return using a track-able shipping method. We are unable to guarantee that we will receive your returned items that are lost during transit.
f) The merchandise is not a "Non-refundable/exchangeable items".
g) Refunds do not include shipping & handling costs.
Definition of "Non-refundable/exchangeable items"
a) All customized items are non-refundable items, because we are unable to re-sell it to other people. In the event the customized item is in defect upon receipt, we will be responsible for repairing it.
b) You receive the merchandise that you ask for but simply change your mind and do not want it any more. We do not exchange or refund in circumstances as such. Please choose your product carefully.
c) You know of or are made aware of the faults before you bought the products.
